At the IQPC Corporate Governance Summit 2009 in Dubai, Agata Waclawik-Wejman gave the presentation: The Long-term Profit Maximization Norm and the Current Developments in Corporate Governance. In her presentation, Agata focused on the issue of maintaining the long-term profit perspective in a multi-stakeholder environment, the legal framework for reconciling the long-term and short-term objectives, and the increasing role of shareholders in corporate governance.
